* A day licence is required for non-members of the BTF at an additional cost of £6 per athlete (£1 for under 20's, £2 for swim only events).
Refund protection is now available for all our events. This option is available for a cost of 8.5% of the cost of your entry and will provide a full refund of the purchase price should you or anyone in the party be unable to attend due to injury or illness happening to you or a member of your immediate family, adverse weather where the Police or Government have issued travel warnings and the mechanical breakdown, accident, fire or theft en route of a private vehicle taking you to the event.
In these uncertain times, we pledge to always do the best by our athletes whilst also considering the long-term future of our sport. If any of our events are postponed due to COVID-19 we pledge to keep your money safe. Your entry will be deferred to a new date which may be later in the same season or during the following year. If you are unable to race on the rescheduled date, you will be offered credit towards any of our other events over the coming two seasons.
