1. The Challenge

You must start wearing a wetsuit, swim cap and goggles. Your bike will be next to you, ideally on a turbo trainer, with your helmet, number belt and bike shoes set out either on the floor or on your bike. If you don't have a turbo trainer you could lean your bike against a wall. You will also have your run shoes ready.

Start wearing a wetsuit, swim cap and goggles. No short sleeves/legs (the wetsuit must have sleeves at least beyond the elbow and legs below the knee). You must start with the wetsuit fully zipped up.

Your time will start at the moment you touch either your hat or goggles or reach for your wetsuit zip (whichever you do first).

  1. Remove your cap, goggles and wetsuit.
  2. Put on your helmet and number belt, ensuring the number is on your back and the helmet is properly attached before touching your bike. You can either put your bike shoes on before mounting the bike or you can have them already attached to the pedals.
  3. Having mounted your bike, you must be fully clipped into the pedals (if you have clipless pedals) with your shoes done up and both hands on the handlebars before dismounting.
  4. Dismount and remove your bike shoes and helmet (if you don't have specific bike shoes, you must still use a different pair of shoes for the run).
  5. Put on your run shoes and turn your number belt to the front.
  6. Your time will stop when you are standing upright with your run shoes on and number belt facing the front.

2. Upload the video
